Instantly Refine Your CRM Dashboards & Download Data with Ease
You no longer need to switch tools or dig deep to get to the data that matters. With Zoho CRM's latest dashboard improvements, you can now:
Apply Dashboard Filters in Real-Time
Quickly slice your data using time frames, users, picklist fields, and even tags—without ever leaving your dashboard. As soon as a filter is applied, all relevant components update instantly.
Do you need to narrow in on one part of the dashboard? Use component-level filters to refine just a single element without impacting the rest.
Things to Know:
You can apply up to four filters per dashboard.
Filters can include fields from both primary and related modules.
Only users with Manage Analytics permission can set up filters, but anyone with access can use them once set.
Download Underlying Component Data
Did you find something interesting in a chart or KPI? You can export that data to CSV or Excel in just a few clicks.
The downloaded file reflects the columns you've selected in the component's drill-down view.
Supported: KPI, Chart, Target Meter, Quadrant, and Zone components.
Now available for all paid editions. Rolling out across all data centers.
More Accurate Forecasting with Custom User Hierarchies
By default, Zoho CRM includes all active users in your forecasting, which isn't always helpful if you want your reports to focus only on sales contributors.
Now, you can customize exactly who is included in your forecasts by:
Excluding specific roles
Removing entire territories
Deselecting individual users
This means less noise, more precise insights, and more accurate pipeline visibility.
This feature is rolling out in phases for all users.
Get a Realistic Picture of Revenue with Forecast Adjustments
Forecasts just got smarter. Zoho CRM now allows for two types of forecast adjustments:
Owner Adjustments: Deal owners can modify revenue expectations based on external factors.
Manager Adjustments: Managers can review and adjust forecasts based on their team's performance and strategic insight.
Managers can also decide whether or not to include revenue from specific deals, depending on their likelihood to close—giving leadership a more transparent, grounded view of projected revenue.
Available for Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate, Zoho One, and CRM Plus plans. Now live for partners in all DCs (except India).
