We will import or migrate your data into a new or existing CRM system. Its critical that your data is clean prior to import to avoid any duplicate records. Integrating your CRM system with other platforms can drastically improve the efficiency of your team, we will help ensure these integrations are well set-up with no downtime.

Data Import

We will import all of your data into your new system. Basic account, contact, lead and opportunities data as well as any notes and/or attachments associated with the records. Storing attachments such as contracts, invoices and other important information can be very helpful and time saving.

Email & Phone Integrations

We will ensure your team’s emails are correctly syncing to the CRM and all communication is properly being stored. When your team sends an email, we will ensure they know when it’s opened, clicked, or if it bounced. Integrating your phone provider in your system will improve the quality and quantity of your teams phone efforts. Not only will they have the ease of calling from inside the system, all their call details are stored in the right place.

Lead Generation Services

Leads can come in from a variety of sources. One of the most popular means of generating inbound leads is through the use of webforms or a chatbot with your website. We will build the desired forms and ensure they’re correctly tied to your website and CRM. When a prospect fills out your online form, you will be alerted to the new lead. This will give you the opportunity to reach out as soon as possible increasing the likelihood of closing the sale.

Third-Party Platforms

Our platinum package includes the integration of up to two third-party applications. These are typicality higher level integrations, platforms such as QuickBooks for managing invoices or Shipstation for managing inventory and shipping labels. For our clients who will be using Zoho One, in this example we would integrate Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory.
