TRADE SHOW AND EVENT LOGISTICS

What is a trade show and how can they help you?

COVID-19 is changing the way we network and we may feel those changes for sometime, our team will realign your Trade Show and Event strategy to keep up with the changing times.

A Trade Show is an exhibition at which businesses in a particular industry promote their products and services. Attending and/or exhibiting at a Trade Show can be helpful in your brand development, networking opportunities, and they can be a power lead generation tool.

Trade Shows can also give you the opportunity to see what your competition is up to and anything else you should be aware of. These types of marketing events can give you invaluable feedback from your direct consumer; you can hear from them first hand what they think of your product or service.

Roughly 30% of organizers will host postponed events during Aug-December, while 34% of organizers have postponed their events until 2021

We know a lot goes into planning and actually exhibiting at Trade Shows. We also know there are a lot of hidden costs that can be easily missed during the planning phase and come back to bite you down the road. It’s important to properly plan the entire execution from registration to the follow up phase which could be months, even years following the show. We will be right beside you from the planning and registration phase to a follow up appointment after the show.

Planning

We will develop a Trade Show Strategy that is best for your company; research & plan which trade shows best align with your company goals and provide schedule for the upcoming quarter or further. We will help determine which shows to exhibit and which to attend. Prepared cost analysis for each show - and set realistic goals based on the cost of the show.

Registration and preparation

We will prepare you for what is needed when registering for each show. Helping you work with the venue to ensure the most optimal booth location for each show. We will ensure you ship your booth materials in enough time, also what to do if the worst happens and your booth doesn’t arrive in time for the show (although, we’ll do our best to ensure this doesn’t happen, you should be prepared for anything). We will help prepare for the shipping costs and materials handling fees that you will inquire at the show. If you’re participating in a virtual event, we’ll ensure you have everything you need for a successful show.

Training and staffing

We ensure your booth is properly staffed with either employees or other hired help. We will create training materials for booth team to learn prior to show as well as create training materials for sales skills during the show and the follow up after the show. Presence at virtual shows are very important, both as an exhibitor and as an attendee, we’ll ensure you’re prepared to get the most out of either option.
